Tea & Chat is run by Veronica Orton and friends, and welcomes anyone who fancies a tea or coffee with biscuits and cake to chat amongst friends from the local area. Veronica makes a big effort to invite guest speakers periodically, and has included Holistic Therapists, Jewellery makers, Florists, guest demonstrations; others with interesting tales to tell, and sometimes there are games. She also organises various activities that you can take part in on the day if you like.

The group raises money for local causes and charities and makes presentations of gifts and donations on the groups behalf.
